At Pak Medical Group, we treat our patients like family. We want you to feel comfortable, confident, and prepared during every visit. To do so, we’ve provided a list of commonly asked asked questions and answers for you. If you have other questions we’ve not provided answers to here, please feel free to give us a call during regular office hours so we can assist you.
We’ve also provided new patient forms for you to fill out and on our provider portal prior to your first appointment. Filling out these forms prior to your visit will help ensure we maximize the time we spend together. If you are unable to do so, simply arrive 15 minutes early so we can assist you.
