Kristine Pak

Chief Financial Officer
Kristine Pak is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of private and public industry accounting experience. Previously, she was the Controller of P3 Health Partners which focused on delivering patient-centered care in Nevada and Arizona. Kristy is thrilled to be back in Texas to improve the quality of healthcare in the place she calls home. In her spare time, Kristy enjoys playing tennis and golf with family and friends.

Allison Sonnenburg

Lead Front Desk

Allison has been with Pak Medical Group for a year. She loves being involved in the patient’s care and being able to talk, laugh, and sometimes even cry with them. She has been married for 17 years, and has been an Army wife for the last 15 years. Allison and her husband have a 14 year-old daughter and a 10 year-old son. They have lived in Texas, North Carolina, Colorado, Maryland, and Allison’s all-time favorite, Germany! Her family loves to travel, garden, play board games, but most of all she loves a good book on a rainy day!

Lauren Loftin

Project Coordinator
Lauren spent her early years in Bulverde before moving to East Texas. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master’s Business Administration at A&M-Texarkana. Lauren is thrilled to be back home in the Hill Country and part of such a fantastic at Pak Medical Group. She has multiple duties at PMG, Project Coordinator, Marketing, and working closely with Dr. Pak to ensure his workflow potential is maximized and efficient. When Lauren is not at work, she enjoys road trips to explore new places, spoiling her dogs, and activities with friends and family.

Veronica Harlan

Credentialing Manager
Veronica is Texan born and raised. She joined the USAF out of High School. Veronica met her husband of 32 years at Hickam AFB, Hawaii. Her husband served in the USAF for 25 years. During their time in the military they lived in Hawaii, Germany, North Dakota, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, eventually retiring in San Antonio, Texas. They have a daughter who lives and works in San Antonio, two sons in the US Army, the oldest is an E-5 and the youngest is a 2nd Lieutenant. Veronica has been in the medical billing field for 16 years. She loves to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Regina B. Henderson

Practice Manager
A graduate of Texas State University – formerly SouthWest Texas State University – with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. Regina began her Health career as the Health Services Coordinator for the Head Start/Early Head Start Program where she worked for 24 years overseeing and coordinating the Health Services program for many of the pregnant women and children served by the program. With a desire and passion to contribute more in the field of healthcare, Regina went back to school and obtained her MBA with an emphasis in Healthcare System Management. Regina has more than 10 years of experience in health care leadership that includes operations of clinical programs/clinics, management oversight and quality improvement. When Regina is not at PMG, she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events and spending time with her family.

Jessica Fowler

CCS, CPC, CPMA/Revenue Cycle Manager
Jessica has been in the medical field for 17 years. She began in back office, then she became involved in billing, coding, audit, and compliance for the last 14 years. Her education and training enabled her to get several coding credentials along with medical audit credentials. Her passion is to be able to help people get the medical care they need, without the worry of the financial burden it may have. She has experience in several different specialties, such as family medicine, nephrology, pain management, cardiology, neurology, and psychiatry just to name a few. During her free time she likes to spend time with her son and daughter. She enjoys being outside, exploring new places, or going to some of her favorite adventure spots.

Amanda Ward

Practice Administrator

Amanda joined Pak Medical Group almost one year ago bringing with her more than 18 years of experience working in healthcare, a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, and a Master’s Degree in Management & Leadership. With an undeniable passion for PMG’s patients, clinicians, and her team, Amanda pours her heart into the growth and success of PMG every day. She is a triplet and a native Texan. She loves time with her family, traveling, cooking, and spoiling her Shih Tsu, Minnie.
